Directions
Take 5-10 drops (1/4 – 1/2 mL) diluted in 8 oz of water 1-3x per day, as needed. Store in a dark, cool, dry place.

How To Use Tinctures
Place dose under the tongue, in a little water, or diluted in juice or a smoothie.
Small amounts of tincture at a higher frequency is more effective than infrequent large amounts, so consistency in use is important.
Dosage Guidelines
The normal adult dosage of most tinctures is 1-2 mL 3-5x per day for acute support or for ongoing or maintenance use 1-2x per day may be sufficient. Some tinctures may have special dosing instructions, so follow the directions on the bottle for proper use.
Dosage guidelines for child-safe tinctures:
- For children old enough to drink water, milk, or juice up to 3 years: Give 2-5 drops well-diluted in a drink 3-5x daily for acute use or 1-3x daily for ongoing or maintenance support.
- For children 4-10 years old: Give 5-15 drops well-diluted in water or juice 3-5x daily for acute use or 1-3x daily for ongoing or maintenance support.
- Teenagers may be given adult dosage of tinctures.
A safe approach is to opt for the lower end of the dosage spectrum and increase the dosage to an effective level as needed.
